A 24 hr. lobby security desk manages the security system and visitor processing
A business hour loading dock security desk controls vendor access
There are two lanes of turnstiles with card readers in both the in and out direction
There is a Security Command Center controlling security system for both buildings
There is Elevator card access in one elevator. Rear door only open to tenants on P1
Only Security and Property Management have access to Rear Lobby - 4th floors
Also has a Destination Dispatch Elevator System
There are three card access doors securing IT, Photo-ID and Mechanical Room. The IT room also has a biometric Person Reader. Only Property Management has access to those doors; Security has access to only the Photo-ID room
Tenants manage their own employee databases – adds, edits, deletes, photos, reports
All tenants and employees pre-authorize their guests and vendors
Temporary guest and vendor credentials integrate into the building security system
The building has an alarm system and a LCD Keypad. System also calls out to central station and sends emails and SMS texts for redundancy
There are three alarm zones; Lobby Intrusion, Office Intrusion and Critical Alarms
The Critical Alarm zone includes IT room alarms and create an alarm 24/7
Lobby Intrusion Zone includes door breach and lobby motion detectors
The Office Intrusion zone includes all office doors
