OPS Client Folders

There are four (4) Client Folders in OPS:

1. One for BluBØX end-user clients and three for Resellers:  Prospective, Active and Passive.

In the Active Resellers Folder: 

There is a folder called - ! BB - Reseller Folder Template (Copy to Create New Reseller)

If you need to Create a New Reseller Folder:

1. Copy ! BB - Reseller Folder Template (Copy to Create New Reseller) and rename it with the Reseller name
2. This insures that all the desired Reseller subfolders are created at the same time.
3. In this Reseller folder, there are 5 subfolders.

a. One contains the enrollment documents
b. One named z-Old serves as a dump of obsolete materials that should be kept on-hand
c. One contains meeting notes
d. One contains quotes that have not yet become projects.
e. One is named !Project Template (Copy to Create New Project).

If you need to Create a Project Folder,

1. COPY the !Project Template (Copy to Create New Project) folder and rename it with the name of the project.
2. In this Project Folder, there are seven (7) subfolders

a. Any materials relevant to the project and already on-hand should be moved to this folder structure
b. Any new materials for the project go there as well.

The same applies to the End User Folder.
