Real-time Visitor Management Database Integration

The following is a list of fields BluSKY uses to provide automated database integration for VMS implementations:
Personnel Fields Req./Opt. Comments
Company Name Required Name of user’s affiliated company
First Name Required User’s first name
Last Name Required User’s last name
Middle Initial Optional Helpful to have for separating users with the same names
Person Type Required Used for separating employees from vendors for permission purposes
Status Required Used for determining user status (active, terminated, suspended, on leave)
Start Date/Time Required Used to determine start date and time of user record and status
End Date/Time Required Used to determine end date and time of user record and status
Floor Required Used to directing guest to host’s proper floor
Mobile Phone Required Used for SMS notifications and by Security for guest related issues
Office Phone Required Used by Security for guest related issues
Email Required Used for email notifications
Gender Required Used for life safety related issues
Facility Name Required Used to place personnel in proper location and assign VMS permissions
Photo ID Reference Optional Used for photo-ID of employees receiving a temporary badge
Role Optional Used to further refine VMS permissions
UDFs Optional Used to further augment user record for VMS purposes
