System Behaviors and Edge Cases
- Filter hierarchy: Selecting a System Group limits available Systems and Facilities. Use the refresh icon if newly granted access or recent changes are not visible.
- Default scope: On initial load, Search = Active. Inactive intercoms will not appear unless Search is set to Inactive or All.
- Text matching: Search Text and Device Name accept partial matches and are not case-sensitive.
- No results: If no records match, the grid is empty; Create remains available.
- Large result sets: Searches without filters can return many rows; use additional filters for faster results.
- Permissions-based lists: Users only see System Groups/Systems/Facilities they are authorized to access.
- Session behavior: Reset restores default filters; Submit runs the query based on the current on-screen values only.

- View access to this page requires an intercom viewing permission (e.g., View Intercoms) within the user’s assigned role.
