Visitor Arrivals Summary Report

Overview​

The Visitor Arrivals Summary Report details the arrival of all visitors including date, name, affiliation, access status, location, facility, access level, and host information.

Step by Step​

  1. Log in and navigate to Access Level Content Report. Main Menu> Reports> Visitor Arrivals Summary Report****Screen Shot 2021-05-06 at 4.28.36 PM.png****
  2. Select the Occupancy
  3. Select the timezone and date
  4. Select the Visitor Type
  5. Select the Report Format
  6. When finished use the shortCreateBtn button to generate the report.
