Report Period Constraints

Report Period Constraints

The active database generally retains event information for 1 year, after which older events are archived into offline storage. Event related reports for data up to 1 year old can be run by anyone with the appropriate permissions. If data older than 1 year is required, users should contact BluB0X Support for assistance.

When running certain reports, such as the Who's In Summary/Detail report, users are restricted to running the report for no more than a 31-day period at a time. For example, if someone wants to generate the Who's In Detail report for the previous year, they would need to run 12 reports, each for a 1-month period.

Other event-related reports, like Event History Details and Person Activity, currently do not enforce a 31-day restriction. However, if the search criteria are broad and cover many events, there is a possibility of encountering a timeout situation due to browser limitations. In such cases, users should break up their report requests into multiple reports for shorter time periods.
