Reports Descriptions
Overview
Here are a description off all the Reports in BluSKY. Reports are an important tool when trying to track down a specific event and understanding how your System is performing. They can also be a crucial part of meeting the needs of your business. BluSKY provides easy to use reports and are available in both PDF format and as a downloadable Excel spreadsheet.
- Access Denied Details Report
- The Access Denied Report provides information about all unsuccessful access attempts. The report also contains information about the reason for the denial and the time the event occurred. This article discusses how to run this report and how to use it to diagnose issues with a person's access rights.
- Access Level Report
- The Access Level Report will provide details on each of the Access Levels, including who is assigned, which Readers or Floor Stops and the Access Schedules assigned to them for the specified System.
- Access Level Content Report
- The Access Level Content Report provides key Access information such as Access Level, Type, Device Name, Schedule Name, BluRemote status, Number of Assignments and more.
- Access Level Groups Report
- The Access Level Group Report will provide details on each of the Access Level Groups, including who is assigned, which Readers or Floor Stops and the Access Schedules assigned to them for the specified System.
- Access Level Group Content Report
- The Access Level Group Content Report provides information on Device Type, Schedule, Access, BluREMOTE Status, and more.
- Access Level Group List Report
- The Access Level Group List Report provides important information on Access Level, System, Access Level Type, and more.
- Access Level List Report
- Access Level List Reports provide detailed access information for the facility and system.
- Access Report
- The Access Report provides detail on which users have Access at a specific Portal or Floor Stop. This report also details the schedule of that access.
- Alarm Report
- While you never have to manage an alarm, it may become necessary to review alarm history. These reports can help quickly identify problems or possible intrusions.
- Audit Report
- The Audit Report allows you to look into the past and analyze changes that have been made to BluSKY. This helps track down issues and enforce your Facility's business policy.
- Credentials Report
- This report lists all the active cards in the system. The report includes Person First and Last name, Internal, External, Facility Code, Card Type and Person’s Occupancy. When a person has more than one card, the Person’s record will show the record for each of the cards that the Person possesses.
- Delegates Report
- This report will detail all of the points delegated to other Customer/Occupant or Vendors. This report can be used to ensure that certain points are only delegated to the desired recipients.
- DDE Elevator Configuration Report
- This report shows the DDE Elevator System is configured in BluSKY including Readers, Wiegand Converters and Floor Served. This is useful for integrators while installing a system
- Expected Visitor Report
- The Expected Visitor Report is a valuable tool when managing a Visitor Management system. This report can help predict the flow of Visitors and ensure a smooth check in process when it counts the most.
- Expected Visitor Summary Report
- Expected Visitor Summary Report Lets you know what Visitors/Vendors are coming to the building.
- Fire Brigade Org Chart Report
- The Fire Brigade Org Chart Report provides important organizational information for Fire Drills and Evacuations.
- Fire Brigade Log In Report
- The Fire Brigade Log-in Report provides important location and time information on Fire Brigade leaders.
- Mercury Configuration Report
- The Mercury Configuration Report provides all the information to configure the Mercury Hardware.
- Mercury Elevator Configuration Report

- Person Activity Report

- The Visitor Arrival Report is an important report for any system with Visitor Management. This report can be used by the security staff to help ensure a speedy check-in or by management to ensure the check in desk is staff accordingly. - Visitor Arrivals Summary Report
- The Visitor Arrivals Summary Report details the arrival of all visitors including date, name, affiliation, access status, location, facility, access level, and host information.
- Visitor/Vendor Activity Report
- The Visitor/Vendor Activity Report provides information on all Visitor and Vendor activity in the System or Facility.
- Who’s In Summary Report
- The Who's In Summary Report provides a detailed account of people by Entity, Floor, Count, Facility, and Date.
- Who's In Report
- The Who's In Report shows where a person or visitor has most recently used their cards to gain entry. The report can be ordered by the names of the people, by most recent activity or by the location of the most recent card swipe. This report can provide important information about when and where people are using their card in the facility.
