How to view Operator Activity performed by one or more Persons
Overview
The Audit Person Detail Report is typically used to look at everything that was done to a single Person in BluSKY. However with some clever parameter selection and Excel filtering, the opposite direction can be observed - everything done BY one or more Persons in BluSKY. The main value of setting the Report up this way is to be able to look at the activity of one user in BluSKY, or that of a whole company.
Instructions
To run a Report for all activity/changes done in BluSKY by a single Person, you can use the following steps:
- In BluSKY, navigate to the Reports module (under Intelligence->Reports).
- Search for the "Audit Person Detail" Report. This Report is used to see all Operator Activity performed on one or more People - who it was performed on, when, and by who.
- Once the Report Edit screen opens, you'll see the following: !
- Select 'People' as the View option.
- Click on the '...' in the Selected field, and pick all People in the System (to view any potential data that the operator in question touched), like the example below: !
- Select every possible option in the 'User Activity' field to capture all types of Operator Activity performed on People in the System.
- Use the 'From' and 'To' fields to choose the date/time ranges for the Report.
- The 'Timezone' field should default to the correct value for you, and shouldn't require modification.
- Leave the 'Format' field as is unless you want a comma-separated value file.
- Click 'Create' to generate the Report.
- Once the Excel file is downloaded, open it on your computer and click on the 'Report data' tab.
- Apply a filter to all columns of the Report to enable dropdown filtering: !
- You can now use the filters on columns H, I, and J to search for specific People or Occupancies and their Operator Activity in BluSKY.
Note that our Reports module only supports viewing data up to one year in the past - if you're looking for data from further back, please reach out to support@blub0x.com.
