Delegate Points List View



A reference article to help define the fields regarding Delegated Points

Delegate Point List Definitions

Name Description
System The System the point is being delegated from.
Type The type of point being delegated.
Delegated Item The name of the point being delegated.
Delegate Recipient The name of the Occupant or Vendor that is receiving control of the delegated point.
Type The type of Delegate Recipient.
Date Inserted The date this entry was added to BluSky.
Inserted By The name of the login who created this entry in BluSKY.
Date Updated The date this entry was last updated.
Date Deleted The date this entry was disabled or deleted from BluSky.
Deleted By Name of person who disabled this entry.

Delegate Point Setup Actions


CreateBtn.png Will bring you to the create screen. Use this if the entity does not exist in the BluSKY database. Be extremely careful not to create duplicates with slightly different names.
ViewBtn.png View will bring you to the view screen. Use this to look up information on existing entities and access Audit Info.
editBtn.png NOTE: To edit a delegated point, you must select either the Delegated Recipient or the Delegated Item links in the row of interest. The edit button is currently disabled. 
DeleteBtn.png Delete allows for removal of the entity from the BluSKY database.
expandButton.png Expand adds additional columns to the Integrator information displayed on the List page. The icon now displays as Shrink.
shrinkButton.png Shrink restores the List page to its original column display.

Search Criteria

Name Description
System Name of the access control system.
Search Text This field is used to limit the number of rows listed in the list box below. To use simply type a string of characters or words. Please note you will only see items for which you have the permission and access rights. We recommend a search first, even when you are creating a new entry.
View View will bring you to the view screen. Use this to look up information on existing entities and access Audit Info(2). This page also has a link to Edit.
Submit Starts search based on the criteria selected in the two prior steps.
Reset Clears all fields in order to start a new search.
