Overview

Distribution Lists
Distribution Lists are collections of contacts. They provide a wide array of option for quickly selecting people by System, Facility, Permission and more. This helps tailor list to reach only the intended audience. For example, if you frequently send messages to the maintenance team, you can create a distribution list, called "Maintenance Team" that contains the contact information of everyone on that team.
