Snapshot Enhancements:
- Loop Playback Toggle for Snapshots
- A new toggle button has been added to turn loop playback on or off during snapshot viewing.
- When loop playback is enabled, the slideshow will automatically start over from the first snapshot after reaching the last one, allowing for uninterrupted viewing.
- Snapshot Time Display Options:
- While hovering over snapshots in the slideshow view, users can now see the exact time each snapshot was taken, making it easier to understand when events occurred.
- Bug Fixes for UDC and Auto Associate Pipeline:
- Bug 23338: Auto Associate is associating portals with cameras which are separated by a wall for maps with lighter walls
- Bug 23347: Occupants are not loading for BB User on Dashboard Page.
Space Management:
- Space Management Dashboard
- A new Occupancy filter has been introduced in the Space Management Dashboard, allowing users to quickly filter and view spaces based on current occupancy status.
- This improvement enhances usability and supports more efficient space monitoring.
- Access to Space Management
- Space- Beta page is now accessible from the Setup menu, by providing necessary space Management permission all users can access.
- Space management Permissions
- Space Management space booking permission should be given for booking spaces.
- Space Management Space permission enables users for creation and configuration of space i,e. Creating Equipment and services and assigning them to spaces.
Bug Fixes for Space Management
● Bug 22400: Space Management: Reports Generated Without Required Date Inputs
● Bug 22955: Space -Beta: Seeing Duplicate Equipment types and Space Services in Space creation page
● Bug 23332: Space Management dashboard crashes for space Mobility chart on Analytics tab.
Logbook:
- Logbook Summaries – Start & End Time Display
- Logbook summaries tab now displays the Start and End Date-Time columns to clearly indicate the period for which the logbook entries are compiled. This helps users better understand the time scope of each summary report.
- Weather Details in Logbook Review popup.
- Logbook Review Popup now displays weather details — including weather condition, temperature, and pressure.
- This data reflects the weather at the time the entry was submitted, providing richer context to logged events.
Confirmation popup on Reload/Close Events.
A confirmation popup is now shown when a file attachment is uploaded and the user attempts to:
- Reload the page.
- Reload the Logbook dashlet.
- Close the dashlet.
The popup ensures that if the user confirms exit or reload, the uploaded file is also cleaned up from the Data Lake, preventing orphaned data.
Prompt:
Prompt Playground Mode:
A new Playground Mode has been introduced on the Create Prompt page. Users can now:
- Provide a system prompt and generate responses in real-time.
- Experiment freely without triggering a save.
- Iterate on prompts until the desired output is achieved.
- Choose to save the prompt only when satisfied.
Save Action Reveals Mandatory Fields:
Once a satisfactory response is generated in Playground Mode.
- Clicking Save will reveal required fields—Prompt Name, Category, Visibility, and Share Options.
- Users can then complete these fields to officially save the prompt, which will appear in the Prompt List for future use.
Category Field Update: RAG Renamed to Pipelines:
- To better reflect functionality, the "RAG" option in the Category dropdown has been renamed to "Pipelines".
Chat Interface Design and Integration:
- A new Chat-style interface is now integrated into the Prompt system.
When generating a response, the interface will display:
- The user input/message first.
- Followed by the system-generated response, enhancing clarity and conversational flow.

Overview:
This release introduces extended support for syncing visitor access information with AIC controllers, including advanced handling for contiguous and non-contiguous visitor occurrences. These enhancements ensure accurate credential assignment and access synchronization across all visitor scenarios, offering greater flexibility and control.
New Features implemented:
Visitor Invitation:
- Support for single visitor occurrence with proper access synchronization.
- Support for multiple contiguous day occurrences & multiple non-contiguous day occurrences using the same credential.
- Support for multiple contiguous day occurrences & multiple non-contiguous day occurrences using a different credential per instance.
- Real-time synchronization of access changes when editing/updating access levels for visitor invitations.
- Synchronization of access upon updating visit date and time.
- Accurate access management upon modifying the number of occurrences.
- Bulk creation/upload of visitors with automated access sync to controllers.
- Visitor group import support with access credential distribution and sync.
Visitor Admission Enhancements:
- Creation of visitor instances with manual credential assignment and access sync.
- Support for auto-assigned credentials with automatic controller sync.
- Update and sync of access level changes at the instance level.
- Editing and updating of assigned credentials reflected in real-time on controllers.
- Rescheduling of visitor arrival (date/time) triggers appropriate access sync.
- Deletion of visitor instances now revokes access on the controller.
- Support for bulk visitor instance creation, with credentials and access rules propagated accordingly.
Known bugs and issues :
Visitor Access Not Syncing on Mercury Controllers:
- When a System or Facility Scoped User creates a visitor invitation using an access level that includes both Mercury and AIC readers, visitor access fails to sync to Mercury controllers.
Incorrect Access Duration on Editing Expected Departure Time:
- Updating the default Expected Departure Time in a Visitor Invitation or Instance may result in access being extended by an extra 24 hours, causing access to remain valid until the next day.
Manual Resync Required After Access Level Update:
- After modifying the assigned access level of a Visitor Invitation or Instance, the system requires an explicit update (Edit & Save from Visitor Invitation/Instance page) action to trigger a resync to the controllers.
