Audit Report
- The new Audit Report provides a powerful tool for analyzing changes that have been made to portions of your BluSKY configuration.
- For more details, check out the Audit Report Guide.
Granular Report Permissions
- Each report now has its own permission.
- When this functionality was released, every role with reporting permissions received permissions for all reports.
Person Picker
- Person Picker fields are now persistent across logins. Fields set in your browser are saved persistently for that browser, but not across different browsers on different devices.
Person View List
- Search criteria is now persistent across logins. Setup the person view list by moving columns where you want them and they will stay persistent across logins.
View List Settings
- Search criteria is now persistent across logins. Setup the person view list by moving columns where you want them and they will stay persistent across logins.
Events
- The "Portal: Disconnected" event message has been changed to Portal: DPS Disconnected. The DPS Disconnected event message is usually seen at sites where the portal was configured with a Door Position Switch, but the DPS was never wired.
Rules
- Visitor Management: Added functionality to the Visitor Management rules to notify a "Guest" when a visitor request is created or updated. The host can also be notified when a visitor instance is changed or the visitor is checked-in or checked-out. The rule must be updated to override the default Notification template.
- Rules are able to notify the account owner, via Actors, when their information is changed.
- Ex. When a user's login or password is changed a Rule is triggered.
Reports
- Denied Access Report now shows the Facility for those cards that the reader can read the facility code, but are not registered in BluSKY.
