Overview

: The May 2026 BluSKY release delivers major Interactive Maps enhancements including full ROI creation, editing, vertex manipulation, multi-select, list panel with source-based filtering, and persistence of user modifications across pipeline runs. Camera Configuration gains sortable columns, NVR Camera and Floor columns, Manufacturer & Model comparison, timezone-aware Audit Logs, and a Recorder Type filter. BBNVR Recorders now show Health Status monitoring with disk usage, camera connectivity, and recording gap metrics. AI Ticketing adds predefined Date Range filters, DevOps PBI URL integration, a centralized Permission Service, SLA Policy & Breach calculation, and automated email notifications for ticket creation, comments, and SLA breaches. Alarms & Events displays Calculated Risk Scores with hover details across all event pages. Seven new Analytics visualizations cover Denied By Reason, No Use After Grant, Burst Held Open, Repeat Denies, Top Hosts, Visitor Distribution, and Watchlist Trends. LogBook Summary introduces Multi Reader, Multi Alarm, and Ring IT AI-powered summary types with risk assessments and anomaly detection.

: The April 2026 BluSKY release expands the AI Ticketing beta with a Date Range filter, a new Analytics dashboard (Ticket Volume Trend, Tickets by Category, Tickets by Status), and tag support on ticket creation and update. Interactive Maps integrates the Auto Label Pipeline V2 and introduces an ROI layer with hover labels that refresh automatically when mask files regenerate.
