  • Drag-and-drop only accepts supported item types; unsupported items will not open in the workspace.
  • Navigation contents and right-panel data update according to the selected Group/System/Facility and the user’s permissions.
  • If your role lacks access to a module, its entry may be hidden or return an access error when selected.

Permissions

  • Access to Administration, Setup, Control, Intelligence, and some navigation entries is restricted to users with corresponding administrative or operator roles.
  • Visibility of Groups, Systems, Facilities, devices, and alarms is filtered by the user’s assigned scope permissions.
  • The ability to open specific items in the workspace depends on module-level privileges (e.g., Devices view permissions, Reports access).

Linked Workflows

  • From Devices opened in the workspace, operators may proceed to control or diagnostics workflows available under the Control menu.
  • After selecting a Facility, users can open Dashboards or Reports related to that scope for monitoring and analysis.
  • Alarms listed in the right panel can be investigated by opening related devices or spaces from the navigation.
