  • Dragging unsupported items to the canvas will be ignored with no change to the view.
  • Permissions determine which navigation nodes and actions are visible; unauthorized modules are hidden or read‑only.
  • The workspace may persist your last scope selections for the next session, depending on tenant configuration.
  • Live alarm lists auto‑refresh; timing can vary by system settings and network latency.
  • Media/Event console controls appear only when a view that supports playback or streaming is active.

Permissions

  • General access to the Workspace requires an authenticated BluSKY user account.
  • Visibility of Navigation nodes and top menus depends on role-based permissions (e.g., Global Administrator, Tenant Administrator, Operator, Viewer).
  • Alarm acknowledgment and device control actions require specific operational permissions.
  • Access to Analytics, Intelligence, and Data Lake typically requires additional licensing and elevated roles.

Linked Workflows

  • From a device view, operators can issue control commands (e.g., door unlock) when permitted.
  • From Occupants, administrators can open person records to edit details or assign access.
  • From Alarms, operators can acknowledge or escalate alarms per policy.
  • From Dashboards, users can pivot into detailed reports or device/occupant records.
