Send Email on Portal Forced
Overview
In this example Rule, we take a look at creating a Rule that will send an email to a Person when a Portal is Forced Open. While this example talks specifically about a Portal Forced Open event, it will be very similar to other Portal Status Change events.
Send Email on Door Forced
This Rule is built to notify Bob Hopkins when a Portal is forced open. As configured this Rule will be applied if any of the Portals in the given system are forced open but can be more specific changing the "Triggered By" parameter.
