Improvements

UDC Improvements:

  • The UDC interface has undergone significant enhancements to improve user experience. The header now boasts a fresh look with updated background and font colors. Navigation has been made more intuitive with the addition of an "Occupants" section on the left menu. On the right, Event Popovers have been introduced as headers for Event and Alarm cards, offering succinct information at a glance. The look of the associated devices drop-up has been refined with a grey background and light grey font. A UDC component has been integrated into the Alarms tab, bringing in handy options like Refresh, Delete, and Full screen. Camera and Portal UDC components have been implemented for Events and Devices tabs respectively, providing a seamless interaction. Monitoring Point UDC components are now part of both Events and Devices tabs. Enhanced usability continues with updated event popovers for the UDC Master component, which is now available for all devices on the right side. Alarm filter options have been renamed for better clarity. Furthermore, cameras now feature background highlights in colors corresponding to different event categories, alerting users to new events.

Dashboard - Beta Updates:

  • The Dashboard-Beta has seen performance optimizations, resulting in improved loading speeds due to more efficient scope and hierarchy sharing. The user interface is now more comprehensive with the addition of an "Occupants" section in the left navigation. The module dropping functionality on the Dashboard-Beta page has also received enhancements, offering a more fluid user experience.

Elevator Car (Beta) Accessibility:

  • The Elevator Car - Beta feature is now more accessible, listed under the "Setup" menu for both BluB0X users and non-users. It has been updated with a "Floors" dropdown in the configuration page to clearly delineate the floors served by the front and back doors of the elevator car.

Elevator Management System (Beta) Enhancements:

  • The Beta version of the Elevator Management System is now listed under the "Control" menu for all users. This update introduces an Events Timeline for a real-time and historical view of events within a facility. New functionalities allow users to select all cars in an Elevator Bank or all Banks in a Facility with a single click, enhancing the navigation and operation. Upper right corner status indicators now provide abbreviations for different elevator operational statuses, adding clarity to the system’s current state. Other interface improvements include visible Elevator Car controls after selection, buttons on each car displaying important details, person count in the group view, movement direction, and event tracking. The visual experience is further enriched with animations for elevator doors and a Travel Indicator next to each car, while a Building View in the center stage area offers a summarized real-time snapshot of all Elevator Cars.
