Alarms and Intrusion

This whole area has been revisited to simplify and reduce the effort needed to monitor and administrate.  You will be able to prioritize alarms, play a canned or custom sound to catch a guards attention and then color code using an infinite color pallet.  This will make it very easy for a guard to know about an alarm, find it and action it extremely quickly. Documentation for the Sound Library and Alarm Priorly screens will be created shortly.

Key Changes/Additions

• Alarm Priority - Setup->Alarm Priority
  • This is used to set up different Alarm priorities, associate colors and sounds with those priorities.
  • Alarm Priorities can be assigned to Portals, Monitoring Points, and IPS Points to determine how they should be displayed in the Control Alarms and Events screens.
• Sound Library - Setup->Sound Library
  • This is where you can upload custom sounds that can be used in Alarm Priority configurations.

Photo ID

A security guard can now monitor employee badges to see them as they enter the portals.  Go to COntrol->PhotoID, select the portals you want to monitor, you can monitor 1, 2, or 4 portals on one screen.

Visitor Admissions

• The Visitor Admissions page now has a "Simple" view to significantly improve the time to search for a visitor either my manually typing their name or using the Drivers License Scanner.  Our testing is seeing over a 50% increase in speed.

IPS Group

Now able to persistently change the "ExitDelay  Seconds" parameter.

Reporting

Fire Brigade Org Chart Report - Now has the ability to change the font size for both the people and the titles. <Need to Add Image here once in QA>
