Commentary

BluSKY, partnered with Microsoft Cloud Services, guarantees 99.95% uptime with a service level agreement that provides return to service within 2 hrs.  BluSKY site maintenance is performed outside of normal business hours. Routine maintenance normally occurs between 10 pm and 2 am EST.  BluSKY often times doesn’t get interrupted during site maintenance and often it is only for a few minutes.  Global deployments can also be broken up into multiple regional instances at additional cost.
