How to resolve cameras offline issue after the v2.0 LVSM upgrade for S. Korea customers

Overview

After v2.0 update it is required to set the NVR server to point to Azure Korea cloud services when the video server (NVR) is in S. Korea.

When upgrading from LVSM v1.5x to v2.x the user should:

Open Setup > Servers and search for the S. Korean server and once the result appears, select the edit button.
- Note: S. Korea requires all video data to be stored in S. Korea, so this setting is storing data in S. Korea.

Then go to applications

Select Korea specific settings for the VideoNotificationProcessor as shown below.

2.Raise a request to support to update LVSM version to 1 by sending email to support@blub0x.com.

Note this step is automated for all customers who use ServerManager for upgrading the LVSM version.
