Forgot My Password Not Working
If you have tried to use the Forgot My Password feature but you never received an email to complete the process, please check the following list of common reasons for this to happen.
Is BluSKY Login enabled on your profile?
Check with your administrator or building security who setup your BluSKY profile and ask them to confirm if the BluSKY Login has been enabled. They can pull up your profile and find this information at the bottom of the Basic Info page.
Is your Email field entered on your profile?
Check with your administrator or building security who setup your BluSKY profile and ask them to confirm that the Email field is also populated. While BluSKY does use an email address as the username, it is actually the value entered in the Email section that is used any time an email is sent to someone.
Check your email Spam folder
The emails sent by BluSKY have the Sender "noreply@blub0x.com". Some email applications will automatically place "noreply" emails into the Spam folder. You may need to add the "noreply@blub0x.com" address as a trusted email sender in whatever application you are using.
