Yes,  BluSKY can handle very complex access requirements.  BluSKY was created to address a void apparent in other security solutions. With one card, BluSKY easily handles a users need to obtain access to different buildings and tenant systems within those buildings. BluSKY gives different access to different people automatically based on the base building or the occupancy.  BluSKY also enables access based on a persons' common duties (IT, Admin, Cleaning Crew).  Access can be refined to certain days of the week or times during the day.  A different holiday schedule is another useful feature.
