Quality Policy Statement

BluB0X Security is dedicated to a Quality Policy that will ensure that it’s design, installation and maintenance of BluB0X's software, hardware and related operations fully meet the requirements of its partners, integrators, and end-customers.

The goal of BluB0X Security is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Commitment to understanding the context of the business, implementation of supporting managerial and business operational systems is essential to realizing that goal. Consideration of interested parties and risk management are essential factors for the ongoing development of the company.

BluB0X Security works to have a cooperative "all inclusive" relationship with our partners, integrators, technicians, and the end-users of our software, hardware and services.

This Quality Policy is based on the below fundamental principles.

  1. Ensuring that we fully identify and conform to the needs of our partners, integrators, and end-customers to ensure BluB0X Security enables our partners and integrators to provide the best service to the end-user.
  2. Review our suite of products for potential errors and address them as early in the development process as possible.
  3. Everyone understanding how to do their job and doing it right first time.

To ensure that this policy is successfully implemented, staff are responsible for identifying customer requirements, and ensuring that the correct procedures are followed to meet those requirements.

Objectives needed to ensure that the requirements of this policy are met and that continual improvement is maintained in line with the spirit of the policy, will be set, determined and monitored at our Management Reviews. The Quality Policy principles and objectives are communicated and available to staff. Training is an integral part of the strategy to achieve the objectives.
