Edit a Card

Overview

Though having to edit a Card is very rare, it may be important to correct a mistake. In this article we cover how to edit a Card.

Edit a Card's Type

  1. Log in and navigate to Cards. Main Menu-> Setup-> System Setup-> Cards
  2. Select the entry you wish to edit from the list.
  3. Click the editButtonNoText.png icon in the lower left side of the screen.
    • Note: If the edit button is not available ensure that only one entry has been highlighted.
  4. Use the Card Type drop down menu.

  1. Confirm changes with the saveBtn.png button.

Edit a Card's System

  1. Log in and navigate to Cards. Main Menu-> Setup-> System Setup-> Cards
  2. Select the entry you wish to edit from the list.
  3. Click the editButtonNoText.png icon in the lower left side of the screen.
    • Note: If the edit button is not available ensure that only one entry has been highlighted.
  4. Use the System drop down menu to set the System the Card will be used for.

Edit a Card's Internal Card Number

  1. Log in and navigate to Cards. Main Menu-> Setup-> System Setup-> Cards
  2. Select the entry you wish to edit from the list.
  3. Click the editButtonNoText.png icon in the lower left side of the screen.
    • Note: If the edit button is not available ensure that only one entry has been highlighted.
  4. Enter the correct Internal Card Number in the Internal Card Number field.

  1. Confirm changes with the saveBtn.png button.

Edit a Card's External Card Number

  1. Log in and navigate to Cards. Main Menu-> Setup-> System Setup-> Cards
  2. Select the entry you wish to edit from the list.
  3. Click the editButtonNoText.png icon in the lower left side of the screen.
    • Note: If the edit button is not available ensure that only one entry has been highlighted.
  4. Enter the correct External Card Number in the External Card Number field.

  1. Confirm changes with the saveBtn.png button.

Edit a Card's Facility Code

  1. Log in and navigate to Cards. Main Menu-> Setup-> System Setup-> Cards
  2. Select the entry you wish to edit from the list.
  3. Click the editButtonNoText.png icon in the lower left side of the screen.
    • Note: If the edit button is not available ensure that only one entry has been highlighted.
  4. Enter the correct Facility Code in the Facility Code field.

Edit a Card's Issue Code

  1. Log in and navigate to Cards. Main Menu-> Setup-> System Setup-> Cards
  2. Select the entry you wish to edit from the list.
  3. Click the editButtonNoText.png icon in the lower left side of the screen.
    • Note: If the edit button is not available ensure that only one entry has been highlighted.
  4. Enter the correct Issue Code in the Issue Code field.
