Overview
If a Visitor is no longer expected it is important to delete the unused Visitor Invitation. Deleting the request will help ensure the system is secure and keep a potential threat from possibly using the request to gain entry. This article will covers how to delete a Visitor Request.
Delete a Visitor Invitation
- Log in and navigate to Visitor Invitation. Main Menu-> Requests-> Visitor Invitation
- Use the search option on the top left and then select from the list below.
- Click the
button in the lower left-hand side of the screen. - Please always confirm that you are deleting the proper entry.
- Complete the deletion with the
button.
