Patents Pending

BluBØX has applied for two significant patents, and others are in process.

One patent is for the Person Reader, and it is Patent Pending since April 2015.

The other patent is for BluSKY.  It is Patent Pending since June 2015.

The patents contain no Third Party intellectual property. This makes them more valuable.

The patents are key to BluBØX’s strategy of licensing its products to other manufacturers.

There are 3 domains that underlie our products:  Technology, Products and Platform. 

The Person Reader patent claims bridge all 3 domains.  This will make it hard for competitors to work around it.

The BluSKY patent claims also bridge the 3 domains.

In addition, there are 55 trade secrets, some in each domain.
