Commentary

All BluBØX systems connect to the Cloud via standard Internet. The BluBØX Local system plugs into the customer’s IP infrastructure so there are no special infrastructure requirements. All communications between BluBØX Local and BluBØX Cloud is initiated by local outbound communication in line with Best Security practices.

The channel between BluBØX Local and Cloud is also encrypted. 24/7/365 new data is pulled down to BluBØX Local and updated while event data is sent back up to BluBØX Cloud for reporting, analytics and further processing. The BluBØX Local system continues to run in the event of a loss of Internet connectivity. When communication is restored data is synchronized between BluBØX Local and Cloud.
