• The 125 building has a lobby and floors 1 through 4
• The 127 building has a lobby and floors 2 through 5
• Stellar Properties is the Owner and Property Management company

• There are 8 tenants in the 125 building and 5 tenants in the 127 building
• Each building has a mix of full floor and partial floor tenants
• Two tenants, 1st Bank of Denver and American Catering, have offices in both buildings
• Stellar Properties also has an office in both buildings

Security at 125 High St

• The 24 Hr Guard Desk in the lobby controls the entire security system and visitor processing for 125
• There are two lanes of turnstiles with card readers in both the in and out direction
• There is a Security Command Center controlling the entire security system for both buildings
• Elevator Card Access in one elevator Front and rear elevator access control Rear door only open to tenants on the parking level P1
• Only Security and Property Management have access to Rear Lobby - 4th floors
• Also has a Destination Dispatch Elevator System depicted by illustration only
• There are three additional card access doors securing IT, Photo-ID and Mechanical Rooms
• The IT room also has a biometric Person Reader
• Only Property Management has access to those doors; Security has access to only the Photo-ID room
